The Royal Flush

Our friends Katherine and Tony with 7 month old daughter Olivia invited us for a day on their timeshare boat. 

 This boat is called the Royal Flush because the bathroom consists of a bucket that will get "flushed" over the side by the boat pilot once you're finished.  Luckily I never had to go to the bathroom during the trip!  As you can see it was a simple boat.  We sat on big pillows and enjoyed the soft breeze as we meandered 1 hour up the river and 1 hour back.  Ideally it would have been a bit cooler but we were prepared with a water spray bottle to help keep the babies cool.  Here are some photos from the ride...(Unfortunately Scott had some meetings to go to so Henry and I went alone.)

We felt like we were so far from the madness of Dhaka while we were on the boat enjoying our coffee, muffins and fruit.  What a great way to spend a morning.
